Basic Package

(up to 3000 sq ft home)

Consult with agent as to presentation/staging, take virtual tour shots (up to 16 scenes), take stills (unlimited), edit photos

and send to agent, put together virtual tour, link to envisionpix.com, send unbranded and branded links to agent to link with Realtor.com, MLS, and agent’s website. $125 each.

(These tours usually take about 24-48 hours to be live).

Five Tour Package

(Silver Package)

Buy a 4 tour package and get the 5th one free! Includes everything that you get with the basic tour package with stills to put on the MLS and for flyers. $500 for five.

Ten Tour Package

(Gold Package)

Buy an 8 tour package and get 2 free! Includes everything that you get with the basic tour package with stills to put on the MLS

and for flyers. Free seasonal reshoots, priority status for scheduling photo shoot, 3 free YouTube uploads. $1000 for ten.

(These tours usually take about 24-48 hours to be live).

Stills only:

Consult with agent as to presentation/staging, take stills (unlimited), edit photos and send to agent, link to envisionpix.com, send 20-25 pictures to agent to link with Realtor.com, MLS, and agent’s website. $75.

(Still photos sent within 12 hours).
