Virtual Tour Questions:
What type of virtual tours do you offer?
Currently we offer a customized tour through Tourbuzz, which is linked through this website. We also can offer VisualTour if you have an account.
How long will it take to get the tour up?
After shooting the tour (which takes about one hour), we load the tour and you have full access within 24-48 hours.
What is the price for your tours?
Our prices are very reasonable and competitive. Please contact info@envisionpix.com for a price sheet.
What does the price include?
The basic price includes: shooting the house for virtual tours and stills, uploading the tour to Realtor.com, sending a branded and unbranded link for your MLS and website. Other packages include printing flyers, and burning cds for open houses and to give to your clients, and entering the listing in Craig's list, as well as social network sites. Do I have to use the tours immediately?
No! You have one year to schedule a virtual tour from the time you bought the tours. If you have a number of tours to do in the future, you may want to think of buying in bulk for our discount packages (either 5 or 10 tour options).
My budget doesn't include a virtual tour, how can I afford it?
Generally professional photos and a virtual tour run a bit over $100, so it isn't a huge budget item for advertising a house online. You may want to ask your sellers to give you a deposit of a few hundred dollars for the virtual tour and then reimburse them at closing. It is money well spent.
Are virtual tours only for high end properties?
No! Virtual tours can be used for all sorts of properties; ones that have unique features, ones that are staged well, small properties, locations that are out of the way, ones that may be a draw to out of town people. All sorts of properties are well suited to virtual tours.

Still Photography Questions:
What if I just want stills for my listings?
Unliimited stills are included in the virtual tour, but if you want only stills, those can be purchased separately. As well, seasonal shots are available.
Do you shoot for magazines as well as online?
